I’m Mackenzie, the founder of Align Trade Systems and a digital operations specialist with a strong background in technology and systems management. I hold a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, and I’ve spent years working in IT, digital strategy, web development, and operations support.

My experience isn’t theoretical — it’s built from hands-on work with trade businesses. Through my time managing digital operations for North by Northwest Services, an electrical and HVAC company, I saw up close how difficult it is for tradespeople to maintain their online presence while running the day-to-day demands of field work. The work is nonstop. And when you're busy running calls, troubleshooting systems, and serving customers, the last thing you should be worrying about is updating your website or organizing job photos.

This realization is what led me to start Align Trade Systems. I understand how the trades operate and how customers search, compare, and make decisions. I also understand the technical side — the systems behind websites, Google Business profiles, branding, analytics, and digital organization. I’ve built websites, maintained digital content systems, improved search visibility, created branding, optimized Google Business profiles, analyzed data trends, and supported online infrastructure for growing companies.
